Lesson Description

This practical A2–B1 ESL lesson plan helps learners build confidence using functional English phrases for asking for and giving advice about exercise.
Students practise how to talk naturally about fitness routines, rest, and motivation while learning to express advice politely and clearly. Through a structured sequence of warm-up discussions, dialogue analysis, gap-fills, vocabulary tasks, role-plays, and reflection, learners gain real-life fluency with expressions such as “You should…,” “How about…?,” and “You could try….”
