What is this lesson about?
This meditation collocations ESL lesson plan helps B1–B2 learners explore language for mindfulness, meditation, and mental clarity. Students practise collocations such as practise mindfulness, control the breath, observe your thoughts, and cultivate gratitude through matching, gap-fills, transformations, and speaking activities.
