What is this lesson about?

This advanced C1–C2 ESL lesson explores the human need for connection and belonging through a powerful video on isolation, identity, and psychological wellbeing. Instead of debate or theory, learners reflect on real experiences of connection, loneliness, and community, and discuss how being cut off from others affects our sense of self.
