What is this lesson about?
This A2-B1 functional language lesson helps students talk about their sleep routine in simple, everyday English. Learners react to common sleep habits, assess their own routine, and build a bank of phrases for describing sleep patterns and giving gentle advice. The lesson works towards a guided roleplay where students describe a sleep problem and receive one piece of advice from a partner.

Learning phrases for describing sleep and giving advice
