What is this lesson about?

This letting go ESL lesson plan helps C1–C2 learners explore language for closure, emotional clarity and personal growth. Students work with natural high-frequency expressions, real-life extracts and reflective questions to talk about the habits, thoughts and patterns they want to leave behind, and the ideas they want to carry forward.
