What is this lesson about?

This introvert extrovert ESL speaking lesson explores personality, social energy, communication styles, and self-awareness. Learners discuss how they interact with others, recharge their energy, navigate social situations, and understand different aspects of their personality. Activities encourage meaningful reflection while developing confidence in spoken English.

What language will students learn?

Students practise natural intermediate expressions related to personality, social interaction, and self-awareness, including:
