What is this lesson about?

This Food & Mood ESL speaking lesson explores how everyday eating habits influence our energy, emotions and overall wellbeing. Through natural dialogues, a relatable reading text, and real-life lifestyle scenarios, students learn vocabulary for talking about food, comfort eating, mood changes and healthy choices.


What language will students learn?

Learners practise practical, high-frequency expressions connected to food and emotions:
