What is this lesson about? This fitness routine ESL lesson plan helps B1–B2 learners expand their vocabulary and speaking skills while discussing different types of exercise. Through reading, video analysis, and reflection activities, students learn to describe fitness routines, evaluate their benefits, and share personal experiences.
