What is this lesson about?

This B1–B2 Eating Out ESL lesson plan teaches adult learners how to order food naturally in real restaurants. Through useful functional phrases, practical vocabulary and relatable scenarios, students learn how to ask for recommendations, request changes, check ingredients, and speak confidently when choosing dishes.


How do students learn the new language?

Learners meet key phrases through short, realistic mini-dialogues, then build accuracy through controlled practice.
