What is this lesson about?

This Wim Hof Method ESL lesson plan introduces B2–C1 learners to the science and mindset behind cold exposure and conscious breathing. Students build topic-specific vocabulary, develop listening and reading skills, and explore the link between focus, energy, and resilience through authentic content from Wim Hof’s teachings.
