What is this lesson about?

This time management ESL lesson plan (B1–B2) helps learners talk about productivity, focus, digital habits, and modern distractions using natural, everyday English. Students learn expressions such as doomscrolling, mental load, deep work, time block, brain fog and more through relatable conversations, micro-scenarios, and discussion tasks.
