What is this lesson about?
This self-talk ESL speaking lesson explores the inner voice we all experience and how it influences confidence, decision-making, motivation, and wellbeing. Learners discuss positive and negative self-talk, self-criticism, encouragement, and the different ways people speak to themselves in everyday life.
