What is this lesson about?

This How Healthy Are You? ESL lesson plan helps upper-intermediate learners discuss health habits, lifestyle choices, and everyday nutrition beliefs. Students explore realistic opinions about diet, exercise, fast food culture, and common food myths while developing confidence discussing health in English. The lesson is based on authentic vox pop interviews, allowing learners to react to real opinions and reflect on their own habits in a natural, conversation-based class.
